About Us

Your past does not determine your future.

Every young person deserves the relationships, resources, skills, and opportunities to succeed.

Mission & Vision

Why we exist.

Our Mission

The Caleb Love Foundation empowers system-impacted youth to achieve independence, stability, and long-term success through mentoring, workforce development, prevention education, and supportive community connections.

Our Vision

A nation where every system-impacted young person has the opportunity, support, and resources to achieve independence and thrive.

Our Promise

We help vulnerable youth successfully transition into adulthood by connecting them to caring relationships, meaningful opportunities, practical life skills, and pathways to economic mobility.

The Problem We Address

Too Many Young People Face Adulthood Without a Safety Net.

Too many young people involved in systems of care face significant barriers to adulthood, including unemployment, housing instability, educational disruption, social isolation, mental health challenges, and continued system involvement.

Without meaningful intervention, many struggle to achieve long-term stability and independence.

The Caleb Love Foundation exists to change that trajectory.

How Change Happens

Our Theory of Change

When system-impacted youth are connected to caring adults, workforce opportunities, life skills, supportive services, and positive community relationships, they are more likely to achieve stability, avoid future system involvement, and thrive as independent adults.
