The Caleb Love Foundation is dedicated to empowering system-impacted youth ages 14–24 through mentoring, workforce development, prevention education, and supportive community connections.
The 1424™ Model brings this vision together in a five-phase pathway: assessment, stabilization, skill development, career launch, and long-term success.
