The 1424™ Model

The 1424™ Model: A Structured Pathway to Independence.

14:24

Numbers 14:24 · Ages 14–24

The 1424™ Model serves youth ages 14–24 and draws its name from Numbers 14:24, reflecting our belief that every young person possesses unique potential and can overcome adversity when equipped with the right support, opportunities, and relationships.

Through five phases, the model provides a structured pathway to help youth build the skills, confidence, and connections necessary for lasting independence.
